As a person gets older everything tends to slow down, in my case, it was my metabolism. I gained a few pounds over the years and I told myself I will not be a victim of having mommy weight without a baby. I revamped my life, which means I work out 5 days a week, also hired a personal trainer. Eat more greens and cut back on my alcohol intake. So far it’s been a great journey and I’m happy with what I accomplished so far.
